Seat Transfers

*SEAT TRANSFER DECLARATION Please note that you may only transfer seats for the same tournament that you have won a seat for and only to another valid 888 username. Allow a minimum of 7 days prior to the event for the transfer to be valid. Transfers done after won't be processed. Once you click "transfer" on this form you may not reverse the process and hereby give your consent as the transferer of the seat for it to be transferred to the transferee who you have selected herein. Neither 888poker, nor Super Stack accept any liability for your chosen transfer or any of the details input by you, which have been done so at your own request. Seats have no cash value and all players hereby confirm that they transfer seats and arrange terms between each other outside of our control and hereby indemnify 888poker and Super Stack from any liability concerning their chosen seat transfer, which is merely facilitated by this form. If you do not wish to transfer your seat, please do not complete the details above. Identity checks are made and verified prior to the actual seat transfer and anybody trying to transfer a seat that is not theirs will be banned from 888 and reported.
